Wind & Willow Cheddar and Ale Soup Mix

This is soup is a crowd pleaser and a favorite for tailgating!   Love the flavor combo of beer and cheddar cheese?  Give it extra depth by using 5-1/2 cups of water and a half cup of your favorite ale. 

Can also make alcohol-free by using 6 cups of water instead.
